Collection of Financial Information

Goodlather uses third-party processors to handle payments for customer transactions. These third-party processors collect payment information, such as a valid credit card number, type, expiration date, or other financial details. This information is required during our checkout process and is submitted directly to our third-party payment processing company (hereinafter referred to as the “Payment Processor”), which uses the information to process your payment. Goodlather does not have access to any of the financial information collected by the Payment Processor. The use and storage of this financial information are governed by the Payment Processor’s own terms of service and privacy policy.

Disclosure of Personal Information

Goodlather does not trade, rent, or sell your personal information to any third parties. Goodlather may share your information with relevant Service providers, such as the Payment Processor, who perform services and functions on our behalf to support our interactions with you. The collection of such information is intended to allow Goodlather to keep track of analytics and certain statistical information that assists in the facilitation of improving our Service and the provision of relevant content and advertising to users of our Service. Privacy of Individuals Below of the Age of Majority

Goodlather’s Services, including this website, are not targeted for use by children or those under the guardianship of an appointed legal guardian. Goodlather will never knowingly request or collect personal information from any child, legal ward, or conservatee. The Service may contain links to websites owned or operated by third parties (hereinafter referred to as a “Linked Site”) as a convenient method of accessing information that Goodlather believes in good faith could be useful or of interest to you. Goodlather is not responsible for the accuracy of any content or opinion published on any Linked Site. User Generated Content

Some features of the Service may now or in the future allow you to provide self-generated content such as written comments, written reviews, digital video media, digital photographic media, or interactive responses to content (hereinafter referred to as “User Content”). User Content provided as part of such features may be published or displayed on public areas of the Service. Do not give out personal information in public areas of the Service, such as commenting on our blog or social networking content. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Service.
