At Goodlather, we’re all about getting the good stuff to your doorstep as smoothly and quickly as possible. Once you place your order, please allow us 3–5 business days to get everything packed up and handed off to our shipping pals.

You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is in motion, and another one once it’s shipped—with detailed tracking info so you can follow your soap on its journey home.

Right now, we only ship across Canada—no international deliveries just yet.

For everyone else, we ship via ChitChats, a Canadian courier service that works with Canada Post for final delivery. You’ll get a Canada Post tracking number once your package is en route—same system you already know and trust.

Here’s the breakdown:

Flat Rate Shipping: $10 on orders under $55 CAD
Free Shipping: Orders $55+ CAD (before tax)

Timing depends on where you live, but most parcels arrive within 7 business days after leaving our hands.
