Shipping this good stuff, from our hands to your shower rituals.
Shipping Policy
At Goodlather, we’re all about getting the good stuff to your doorstep as smoothly and quickly as possible. Orders are packed at our Toronto factory and handed off to our shipping pals within two business days.
You’ll get a confirmation email when your order comes in, and another one once it ships, with tracking info so you can follow your soap on its journey home.
We ship with Chit Chats, a Canadian courier service that works with Canada Post for final delivery. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Here’s the breakdown:
Flat Rate Shipping: $7 on orders under $64 CAD
Free Shipping: Orders of $64 CAD or more (before tax, after discounts)
Timing depends on where you live, but most parcels arrive within 7 business days of leaving our hands.
Right now we ship across Canada. US shipping is coming soon.
We just wanna send a huge shoutout to all our pals who choose Goodlather when it’s time to suds up. Your support means the (squeaky clean) world to us. Thanks for keeping your skin — and our dream — glowing.
