At Goodlather, we want you to love your lather. That’s why we offer a risk-free way to give our bars a go. If your order isn’t what you expected or just didn’t vibe with your skin, we’ll make it right to you.
If you’re not feelin’ it, just reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll be happy to issue a full refund.*

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Once we hit “go” on our end, please allow 3–5 business days for it to show up on your statement.
*All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Goodlather reserves the right to decline a refund at our discretion (but we promise to be fair about it).
